Health and Wellbeing Development Officer secondment/fixed term opportunity for up to one year initially

Open as a secondment opportunity to PCC employees. Ref no: 2489 Band: 8 Salary: £26,539 - £28,922 p.a. 37 hours per week

As part of a dynamic health and well-being team you will implement and develop effective approaches that improve health and well-being. You will support and enable positive behaviour change by managing projects or initiatives based on local needs. As an experienced line manager you will manage a dedicated team of Health and Wellbeing Workers, working with families and communities to deliver interventions that support sustainable behaviour change.

As well as a recognised qualification you will have the ability to develop and manage projects from concept through to completion.
