The Health, Safety and Licensing Service is recruiting a number of posts that will work as part of a dynamic health and well-being team with individuals, families and communities to improve health and wellbeing by supporting and enabling positive behaviour change. 4 posts x Health and Wellbeing Worker Secondment/fixed term contract for one year - Secondment opportunity for PCC employees. As a Health and Wellbeing worker you will work with individuals and families to deliver a range of activities which engage, motivate and encourage positive behaviour change to improve health and wellbeing. As well as a recognised health qualification and/or a recognised nutrition and/or fitness qualification you will have experience of delivering health advice in a variety of settings, including one to one interviews and group sessions.
