The Health, Safety and Licensing Service is recruiting a number of posts that will work as part of a dynamic health and well-being team with individuals, families and communities to improve health and wellbeing by supporting and enabling positive behaviour change. We would like to hear from you if you have the ability, commitment and passion to work effectively with communities. You will be a strong team player who delivers consistently to high standards.
4 posts x Health and Wellbeing Worker Secondment/fixed term contract for one year - Secondment opportunity for PCC employees. As a Health and Wellbeing worker you will work with individuals and families to deliver a range of activities which engage, motivate and encourage positive behaviour change to improve health and wellbeing. As well as a recognised health qualification and/or a recognised nutrition and/or fitness qualification you will have experience of delivering health advice in a variety of settings, including one to one interviews and group sessions.
