Hillcrest Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Residential Services are pioneering services aimed at supporting people with learning disabilities in their own home and in our Residential Care Homes You will be a patient and caring individual who is able to support people with complex needs. You must be willing, on occasions, to support people who have behaviours that challenge and to deal with unusual and emergency situations. If you want to work in a person centred service where your skills and attributes would be valued and would like to support people to achieve their goals and ambitions then we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers, some of whom might require personal care. You will need to be willing to work shifts which might include weekends, evenings, sleep ins and Bank Holidays. Previous experience of supporting people with Learning Disabilities is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. Driving licence, use of a car and Class 1 Business insurance is essential.
