The Director of Finance and Performance is a key new post intended to place finance at the heart of decision making and the strategic direction of the University. The post holder will deliver a strong financial and institutional strategic performance infrastructure and will oversee and lead all aspects of the Finance and Planning functions.

You will drive financial planning and forecasting for new programmes, commercial opportunities and business initiatives and provide insightful analysis of financial and other strategic performance data (including student data).

To succeed in this post, you will require high levels of personal effectiveness, with the vision, drive and determination to support the achievement of ambitious goals. You will be an experienced and capable manager with the personal qualities necessary to provide inspiring and innovative leadership for staff across the Finance and Planning teams. Recent successful experience of managing significant resources at a senior level is essential.
