Warehouse manager required for a fast growing action sports retailer operating two websites (www.hardcloud.com & www.boardshop.co.uk). The suitable applicant will be working in a busy warehouse managing staff and processes, picking & packing customer orders, amongst other tasks. 

Duties will include:

• Managing staff & performance KPI's
• Managing all warehouse procedures
• Managing courier relationships 
• Managing orders out and courier selection
• Weekly reporting to company directors
• Picking customer orders
• Packing customer orders
• Managing goods in processing
• Stock checking
• Additional tasks as and when required

 

To be successful you will have:  

• An understanding of a warehouse environment
• Good time management 
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A high level of self motivation and desire to complete tasks
• Very good ability to both work as part of a team and manage a team
• Solid IT skills

We need a self starter with good attention to detail, solid IT Skills who works well under pressure, and wants to work in a dynamic environment with great salary and perks. The Job will be based in East Wittering, West Sussex.

Please Note: We operate a business to consumer warehouse. We do not require bulk warehouse processing experience or forklift license.
