The post holder will provide high level financial and business information, direction and advice to key budget holders and senior managers to deliver continuous improvement in financial performance set within the context of the academic mission of the University. Each Management Accountant has responsibility for their own Departments and produces financial information for annual budget and five year forecasts.

Applicants must have a pro-active approach to work, and demonstrable interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise effectively with senior managers, together with the ability to establish highly effective working relationships with managers.  You will need to demonstrate first rate analytical and numerical capabilities. Good financial experience is essential and applicants should ideally be a qualified accountant with a CCAB recognised body.
