Production Machinery Team Member
Main Purpose:
To ensure all Montezuma's products are made with care and attention to detail.

Main Duties:

• Ensure products are always made using the agreed recipes and to ensure the recipes are followed accurately at all times.
• Participate in the creation of new product designs when instructed. 
• To assist the management team with championing quality in the production area. Ensure all technical paperwork is completed by production. Ensure all technical paperwork is audited as being true and correct. Be constantly vigilant of all products with respect to temper, colour, taste and weight. Abide by the production mantra of a Products are perfect or reject!
• Ensure GMP standards are maintained and monitored within your department.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved and communicated amongst the team and to the Production Manager.
• Assist with the daily administrative work as and when required.
• Operate production machinery once sufficiently trained and you have been provided with operating guidelines that are followed at all times.
• Advise management immediately if the machinery is not working properly.
• Ensure stock levels are rotated.
• Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and only open new packets once you have checked the old packet is finished.
• Contribute to the energy saving policy.
• Undertake cleaning duties as & when required.
• Attend relevant meetings as and when required.
• Assist Despatch & Packing as required

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow company policy, procedures and guidelines at all times
• HASAW Act (1974) must be observed at all times
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the general level of responsibility of this post
