Our Hotel Executive Head Chef plays a key role in drawing upon all these unique elements of Goodwood to produce an outstanding customer experience across our Hotel's two restaurants - The Richmond Arms and the Bar and Grill - as well as our Conference & Banqueting events.
In this challenging yet highly rewarding position, you will need to have proven experience at Executive Head Chef level, coupled with the passion and knowledge to lead, inspire and coach a large team. You will also be a great communicator and an exceptional ambassador for the Estate, promoting how glorious Goodwood is to your team and our guests.
Through your obsession for food and exceeding guest expectations, you will have a flair for developing food strategies which reflect our hotel dining experiences whilst maximising food revenue.
