We are looking for a Casual Retail and Golf Receptionist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times to our Members and guests in a busy multi-tasking shop environment.

Key responsibilities include:

To liaise with Members and guests both in person and on the telephone, meeting and greeting and 

dealing with enquiries

To carry out retail responsibilities including customer transactions, stock rotation and stock takes

Ensure a strong product knowledge in order to be able to understand key selling features 

Alongside a sales responsibility, you will be given a monthly proactive target which you will be 

expected to be creative in achieving
