The External Funding Department is seeking to recruit experienced administrators with proven organisational skills to set up and maintain tracking systems and data entries. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with new and existing projects. A high level of customer care, an eye for detail and good communication skills are essential, as is being fully conversant with Microsoft applications. Experience of managing your own work load and minute taking, together with handling financial information and previous exposure to project work with knowledge of ESF/SFA funding would be an advantage. 2 full-time positions and 1 part-time position are available and these posts are fixed term until 30 September 2015.
