A recent change in the approach to managing key Faculty business matters means there is now an exciting new opportunity to recruit an Assistant Faculty Manager. The new post-holder will support the Faculty Manager in many aspects of financial planning and management relating to the Academic Provision of the University, and will act as a vital link between the Faculty and Professional Service Departments.
The Assistant Faculty Manager will co-ordinate and lead the Programme/Department Administrators; assist with the provision of accurate data from Departments across the University and be responsible for the completion of internal administrative processes in an efficient and effective manner.
You will be highly numerate and able to analyse data from multiple sources effectively, demonstrating high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have proven high-level planning, organisational, IT, presentation and administrative skills and will have a proven track record of successful line management / leadership roles.
