We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Engineer to work for a global electronics organisation based in Waterlooville. This is a permanent role and you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer support for the company's global customer base which include Europe & Asia. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a world class company in a friendly environment. You will be supporting the team, to deliver an effective and professional support services via email, telephone and site visits.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Telephone & email support to customers around the world

Diagnosing & resolving technical issues

Site visits within the UK & overseas to troubleshoot installation & product issues

Close liaison with support engineers in service centres around the world

You will require the following skills and experience:

HND or HND (or equivalent) in an Electronics based engineering subject

Experience working in an electronic test/ repair role

Understanding of Health & Safety best practices & risk assessment

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

Salary- Up to £30k DOE
