Kingsbridge Estates Ltd is a privately owned and led, commercial property management and development company. We focus on commercial property purchasing, planning, building and management of properties in the South of England. We have a strong growth strategy and primarily focus on large office and industrial buildings, business parks, hotels, food production and manufacturing facilities. The Managing Director and owner of Kingsbridge Estates Ltd also owns other organisations in the UK, Europe and USA including Natures Way Foods Ltd.

We are looking for a PA and Office Manager to join our small, professional and dedicated team.

Reporting to the Managing Director (MD) the primary objective is to provide full service PA and administrative support to the MD and his family anticipating requirements and ensuring that meetings, travel and personal time are planned seamlessly and to maximise efficiency.

The secondary responsibilities will include a strong property focus working alongside the property team on the day to day management of the portfolio and liaising with clients, tenants and suppliers as well as general project management and office maintenance.

The right candidate will:
- be able to prioritise a flexible and dynamic workload during peak periods while maintaining attention to detail, following process, meeting deadlines and handling interruptions.
- Have project management experience and a working knowledge of the property market
- Able to build rapport and trust with different people in a variety of roles
- be a strong communicator and team player with a professional manner
- be numerate and financially astute
- must have a sound educational background, preferably to graduate level, with strong skills in Microsoft based software packages, specifically excellent Word, and PowerPoint and intermediate or above Excel
- be energetic, determined and resilient with the energy and enthusiasm to inspire and influence others able to copes well with routine but see each day as a challenge
- be a results oriented, self-starter with strong time management skills
- a creative flair is desirable but not essential.
- have own car and full driving licence
