We are currently recruiting for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to maintain & improve standards within NWF's buildings, factory's, offices, facilities & environment.

Supervising a small team and reporting directly into the Central Engineering Manager you will work closely with other departments & NWF functions to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities:

- To carry out scheduled and unscheduled buildings maintenance to all NWF buildings, factories, offices and facilities across 3 NWF sites,
- To successfully manage and develop a small team of Building Maintenance Operatives with a view of improving quality of work, standards and technical skills,
- To make improvements to the current site buildings and facilities and maintain a high standard of repair to NWF facilities,
- To work closely with other departments such as Health & Safety to continually improve current site safety ensuring high standards of safety for all NWF staff,
- To work with the Engineering Team to ensure the sites are maintained to meet high levels of customer audit standards,
- To work with the Facilities manager to deliver improvements in energy efficiency and environmental performance.


Experience & Skills Required:

Experienced facilities / installation electrician
Experience of supervising a small team
Experience of Building Maintenance
Experience of word / excel
Basic plumbing skills


Qualifications Required:


17th Edition (G&G 2382) Desirable
Inspection & Test (C&G 2391) Desirable
