 A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fast paced and busy office in Chichester.

 This is a temporary requirement continuing for around four to six weeks; however there may be a possibility of an extended contract.

 To be considered for this position you will have a strong back ground in customer service / admin. Ideal applicants will have worked in a mail order based department/ environment.

 Your main responsibilities will consist of;

 Answering/ responding to all incoming telephone calls within three rings whenever possible.

  • Resolving any customer questions or queries in relation to mail order products.
  • Completing returns and exchanges on a daily basis and keeping customers updated.
  • Logging returns data and feedback on a daily basis
  • Repacking returns where necessary and returning to warehouse.
  • Responding to and dealing with all catalogue requests and clear all messages from the voicemail to the catalogue telephone line.

 Due to the nature of this role you will need to be computer literate and confident with learning new in-house systems.

 Skills Required:

 Must be customer orientated, ability to work under pressure, able to work as a team and to use initiative, must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
