Credit Control / Customer Service - Financial Services £19K - £21K Petersfield

Dynamite Recruitment are seeking a high level Customer Service Executive to work for a corporate and successful financial services business located in Petersfield.

The role will involve coordinating after-sale enquiries, setting up of direct debts and collection of outstanding money, relationship management involving both telephone and administration work.

To qualify for this role you must possess strong people skills with experience within a financial services business ie bank or building society as a relationship manager or have knowledge of debt collection / credit control. Along with the customer service skills you must also have excellent administration skills, be numerate and confident with a variety of communication channels.

You must have your own transport to reach the location in Petersfield .
