Reporting to a Client Services Account Manager , you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Client Services Team in fulfilling the function of delivering excellent customer service to sponsors across all events and throughout the year. This role includes database management, data input to CRM system, general administrative duties, event planning as well as telephone and face-to-face contact with both external and internal clients.

The successful candidate will have proven relevant experience of working as an Account Executive or equivalent and ideally experience of working in client relations at a corporate level. Also desirable is experience in Event Planning as well as establishing processes and systems

You will have excellent editing and communication skills – both written and verbal - as well as strong systems skills with the ability to use CRM databases and Microsoft. You will have strong planning and organisational skills with an eye for detail. You will be able to prioritise, organise and manage a diverse workload under pressure.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
