My Client requires an Experienced Registered Manager for their 18 bedded residential home for older people who have learning disabilities and some mental health issues.

 The home is situated in the Chichester area and has a warm friendly atmosphere where the needs, wishes and aspirations of the individual service users are paramount.   The home has a loyal and hard working staff team and my Client is looking for a dedicated care professional who can manage and promote all aspects of the service as well as lead, work with and inspire the team.  The ideal Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and have long-standing experience in dealing with staff issues.

Applying Candidates will possess their RMA/LMC or be working towards and have at least 2 years' previous experience of working within a similar position and of all dealings with CQC and other legislative bodies.    Candidates will also have experience in managing financial budgets as well as supervisions and developing staff in operating to achieve the best possible outcomes for the service users.  You will also possess your own car and have a full clean driving licence.
