We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for 6 month's maternity cover, with the potential for further employment depending on performance

Main purpose of the job:

Will be to support the General Manger and the Sales Manager with Sales and Administration tasks. There will be the opportunity to manage smaller accounts.

Main duties:

1.Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
2.Handling enquires for Mail order, the factory shop and small orders from direct clients.
3.Handling enquiries from new interior design companies
4.Developing sales with new and existing clients
5.Preparing samples for the sales team
6.Supporting the Sales Manager and General Manager in preparing information for key clients.
7.Communicating information to clients regarding changes to our fabric books
8.Researching new clients ( Interior Designers)
9.Keeping database up to date with new contacts and information
10.Updating images to website

Person specification:

Qualifications:
- Good all round education

Experience required:
- Experience of general administrative office tasks
- Experience of dealing with customer enquiries and queries on the phone and in person
- Experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload
- Experience of meeting deadlines under pressure.

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs/week 08.30-17.00
