The Role;
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to use their previously learnt customer service skills and commit to a three month position. This position will involve offering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone and by email. You will aim to resolve the clients query at first contact in a polite and professional manner. Due to the nature of the product you will have full training to ensure you are knowledgeable upon the product and can uphold the service standards of the company.

Who we are looking;
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and have previously worked within a role which involved taking a high volume of calls. You will have the ability to work using your initiative and be a team player always wanting to provide an extremely high level of service. You will have good IT skills and have an excellent attention to detail. It is essential that you can commit until January for this role and work the hours 8.30-17.30 Monday to Friday.
