We are currently seeking an enthusiastic customer focused professional on behalf of this corporate, expanding business in Chichester.

The role...
The role will involve dealing with a range of customer enquiries in a calm, professional manner whilst giving accurate advice in relation to issues and products. Accurate information will need to be taken and added to the in-house database.

The person...
The ideal candidate for this role will have previously worked within a call centre or within an admin role that involved a large volume of calls and will be looking to build a successful career with one of the most well respected employers in the area.
Well spoken, with a strong work ethic you will be quick to learn and will have boundless enthusiasm.

Insurance, financial services or banking experience preferred but all applicants who can demonstrate great customer service skills will be considered.
