**WEEKEND ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR** £15K FULL TIME OR PART TIME HOURS ** FREE PARKING

The Role...
The role will involve dealing with a variety of duties - specifically incoming customer correspondence and queries in relation to services and products. You will also liaise with suppliers and agents in relation to a number of packaged services including identity theft insurance, travel products and extended warranties.

You must be available to work the following hours:
Fulltime would be:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11-hour shifts between 8.00 am - 8.00 pm. Mondays 8.00 am - 12.30pm making a total of 37.5 per week

Part time hours covering just the weekend are also available.

The Person...
A background in customer service, call centre is essential for this role, as are good administrative skills. Candidates should be polished, smart and will require an outgoing nature and a sense of humour!
