CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - FAREHAM / WHITELEY - VARIOUS ROLES AVAILABLE

We are currently recruiting for outgoing Customer Service Advisors for this successful, expanding business based in Whiteley.

The role...
The role will involve dealing with a range of customer queries in relation to Insurance and other Financial Services based products (no sales). Duties will be balanced with administrative tasks and excellent training is available for the right candidates.

The person...
In order to apply you should have great customer facing skills and experience of working in a telephone based environment (i.e. call centre). You must also have the drive to go the extra mile and ensure high quality customer service is delivered at all times.
