Account Manager
Based in Chertsey
Up to £33,000.00 + car allowance

We are looking for a confident individual who is able to build and maintain key client relationships under their own initiative.

The Account Manager will be responsible for retaining existing customers through service excellence and by building strong strategic business customer relationships, identifying opportunities to develop and continually strengthen the business relationship thereby contributing to revenue and customer retention targets, so time spent in a client facing role would be preferred. The Account Manager must be able to listen and understand the clients requirements.

The Account Manager will be expected to work under their own initiative for day to day tasks in line with overall management guidance. A good understanding of payroll knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.

The Account Manager will be expected to travel to client locations throughout the Country, and may occasionally be expected to stay overnight when relevant so please bear this in mind when applying to be considered for this position as flexibility is a pre-requisite. You must be a car owner with a full UK driving licence. To be considered for this vacancy the Account Manager must possess excellent analytical skills and presentation skills with the confidence to deliver at a senior level.
