Experienced chef required to work with our supportive restaurant team. Suitable for an existing head chef or possibly a sous chef looking for more responsibility but with a work/life balance, we do not open evenings or Sundays! With seating inside for 70 covers and 30 outdoor we are looking for someone with a flexible and pleasant personality, good sense of humour, who is able to work under pressure. Our award winning, contemporary restaurant is an oasis within our busy lifestyle garden centre (very unlike the usual standard of garden centre restaurants) We offer waitress service with an ever changing menu using local, seasonal produce, all our food including cakes and desserts are homemade in our modern kitchens.
