We are looking to recruit a fixed term part-time Administration Assistant to support the wholesale and retail departments at Goodwood Home Farm. The main aim of the role is to take responsibility for the administrative work related to sales and purchases for both departments. Duties will include, but are not limited to, coding and green slipping of invoices, raising customer invoices and managing internal recharges as well as producing reports.
The successful candidate must have good administration, systems and organisational skill with a proactive and flexible approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a wide range of people.
