Havant based office. Small friendly but busy office environment with a successful Company who are currently expanding.
Sales Administrator - (Sales/Accounts/Invoicing)
Responsibilities will include:
Taking customer calls & emails assisting with incoming orders
Inputting and Updating new systems
Sales order processing, entering orders on Sage, checking of batch numbers
Creating order & dispatch notes for the warehouse
Calculating German invoices from Euros to sterling
Reconciliation of cheques
Updating customer database / invoices /dispatch notes
Updating database products and pricing on Sage
General supportive admin including – filing, faxing, processing post, franking, photocopying
Organising paperwork and filing in correct file/folders
Emailing the German office regarding formulations and organising customer details & requirements
Organising refreshments for meetings and staff
General additional administrative duties as required.
Must have Sage L50 and Excel experience
Monday - Friday
Initially Part Time hours Mon - Friday 20 -25 hours may go to full time hours eventually
Temporary to Permanent position
£8.00ph initially, free parking
