We are looking to recruit a Membership Administration Assistant for Golf At Goodwood. The main aim of the role is to assist with membership administration within the Club. Duties will include, but are not limited to, dealing with membership enquiries via email, post and telephone, preparing membership packs, processing payments, providing assistance to the sales and marketing team, and general administrative duties.
The successful candidate must have good administration skills and have experience in a customer facing working environment. You will be highly organised with a proactive, flexible and customer focused approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a wide range of people. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
