We are looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef for Goodwood Hotel who has a real passion and interest in food.
The successful candidate will have had extensive experience of working at a Sous Chef level within a 4 or 5 * Hotel. You must be an excellent leader with the ability to manage two kitchens. The ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers and confidence in delivering an excellent customer experience is essential.
The minimum requirements for this role are good team leadership skills, COSHH and First aid training, intermediate food hygiene certificate and a good knowledge of menu development, costing and implementation.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own transport is essential.
