Here at Montezuma's head office we are seeking to recruit 2 new members of the team. One administrator will work in the sales team and one administrator in the general office. The roles are varied and will include the following but will not be limited to:-

Job Description

•Assist in the day to day running of various departments.
•Maintain the management of in house databases – we currently use sage 200 & sage CRM
•Managing the telephone switchboard ensuring all calls are answered and/or redirected.
•Dealing with all customer service enquiries, which will include sales, general info & complaints
•General office administration tasks which include filing, photocopying & opening post
•Communicating effectively with all departments and raising any issues with pro active solutions
•Maintaining stock control, including monthly stock take & new product development administration
•Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are completed correctly and prices are competitive
•Representing the company at trade shows and customer events

Personal Specification

•Good IT skills
•Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
•Confident, articulate and fluent in English
•Enthusiastic, committed and adaptable
•Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
•Flexible attitude and adaptable to change

•Previous experience of data inputting
