The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive administration service to Golf At Goodwood.

Duties include, but are not limited to, dealing with Club enquiries and requests, maintaining the Golf At Goodwood database and other general administration such as taking minutes at meetings.

You will be required to produce weekly reports from the database and respond to and deal with system queries along with managing the co-ordination of the Club's invoices. A good understanding of databases, basic finance and systems is a must.

The successful candidate must have exceptional administration skills and experience in a busy environment. You will be highly organised with a proactive, flexible and customer focused approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a wide range of people. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
