The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive administration service to the Club members.

Duties include, but are not limited to, dealing with membership enquiries and requests, processing payments, maintaining the membership database, assisting with the implementation and running of the club's events and all other general administration.

Applicants should be aware that some events are held during evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate must have proven administration skills and experience in a busy customer facing environment. You will be highly organised with a proactive, flexible and customer focused approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a wide range of people. Knowledge of systems and administration processes along with excellent customer services skills are essential.


Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
