Social Care Consultant

 

First People Recruitment Care is a leading provider of specialist recruitment services in the South East of England, supplying staff resources to homes and units that cater for Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Childcare and Elderly Care. From our offices in Brighton and Chichester we supply Care Support Workers, Care Assistants, Care Home Managers and Qualified Social Workers for temporary and permanent positions with local authorities, private hospitals, residential homes and charities in East and West Sussex, Hampshire and Kent.

 

We are looking to recruit a Care Consultant to work in our Chichester office.  This exciting position will involve delivering a high standard of service to our existing clients and developing new business.

 

Summary of duties:

·         Delivering recruitment services to existing clients

·         Interviewing and screening candidates

·         Visiting new and existing clients

·         Developing new business

·         Ensure candidate and service level compliance

 

The right candidate will have previous care recruitment experience, have excellent inter personnel skills and a knowledge of the social care industry.
