About Target

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end to end organisation and delivery of key client projects and internal compliance/regulatory driven initiatives including GDPR Data Protection and Target's ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 Standard Quality and Information Security Management Systems.

Project Manager Job Duties

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Responsibilities
·         Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
·         Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
·         Define project tasks and resource requirements
·         Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
·         Ensure resource availability and allocation in liaison with the Business Services Manager
·         Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
·         Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
·         Report and escalate to management as needed
·         Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and the client as appropriate
·         Submit progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers
·         Perform risk management to minimise project risks
·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
·         Provide direction and support to project team
·         Ensure that the highest quality standards are met
·         Carry out post project evaluations and assessment of results
 
Key skills required
·         Direct work experience in project management capacity
·         Knowledge and awareness of project management principles, documents and plans
·         Good facilitation and analytical skills
·         Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards
·         PRINCE2 or equivalent
·         Proven ability of running large and small scale projects to time and budget
·         Project reporting
·         Stakeholder management
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·         Proven experience in change management
·         Proficient in project management software

·         Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
·         Action and result oriented.
·         Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
