We are looking for a well-motivated person who will be responsible for the day to day management of Horsham and Southwater libraries.

Working in a customer centred environment, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be digitally skilled and have the ability to motivate colleagues.

You will be an innovative thinker with the ability to apply your experience to delivering an efficient and modern service. You will also be part of a countywide key management team supporting the development of a community focused library service.   

This role requires extensive experience in all aspects of library and staff management. Candidates who are not Chartered Librarians will need an equivalent qualification and detailed knowledge of public libraries locally and nationally.
