CLASS TEACHER

Full time

Salary Range: MPR

Required from Autumn term 2017

An academy of over 480 pupils, Court Lane Junior's aim is to inspire children to be the very best they can be, now and in the future, with excellent teaching and enjoyable learning at the heart of what we do.  The school joined the University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust in September 2016, working with other like-minded schools to provide an exceptional education experience for its pupils. 

As a Class Teacher in our school, you will be a good or better, confident classroom practitioner with high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour.  You will be committed to improving standards and ensuring all learners are achieving their very best and have the skills to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment.  You will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to work as part of a team. As well as be energetic, enthusiastic and willing to contribute to the wider aspects of academy life and be committed to working in partnership with parents/carers, governors and the local community.

Applications are especially welcome from NQTs and teachers in their first few years of teaching who would like to be part of this team, helping pupils to develop and progress in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.
