The holders of this key post within the Aldingbourne Trust are responsible for enabling our tenants to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence.
You will work as part of a team with staff and tenants to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of the tenants are recognised, assessed and met.
This key post is working predominantly around the Bognor Regis and Chichester area with tenants who live independently within their own homes and are supported to manage their own tenancy.
Both full and part time positions includes alternate weekends and evenings.
Car driver and car usage is essential for the role.
