This role is for Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2018

Our Business Development team have a varied and exciting role to play in proactive corporate sales of our both our venues and our sporting events and activities.

The purpose of this role is to proactively sell Hospitality at the Headline Events, (Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Goodwood Racecourse), sponsorship of Goodwood Racecourse, Meetings and Events at our venues on the Estate (Goodwood Hotel, Goodwood House, The Kennels, Hound Lodge) and our activities on the Estate including Flight Experiences, Track Days, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Golf Days.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to effectively research industry sectors, seek out decision makers within appropriate businesses, and then make contact to arrange appointments for the sales team. Emails and telemarketing will form the main part of the initial communication with businesses. You may also be required to support at client showcase events and during Goodwood Events.

What do you need to be successful?

• Previous experience in a telesales/outbound calling sales role
• A proven track record of B2B sales
• Confident at dealing with customers face to face 
• Friendly and confident with a 'can do' attitude
