Natures Way Foods is a growing food production business based on the South coast in West Sussex, we are looking for an Applications Analyst to join our innovative IT team.

This role provides 2nd Line support for all our business critical applications, taking business support calls and managing the resultant incidents or service requests through our Incident Management system.

You will also monitor application performance, taking proactive action where necessary to ensure all applications are working effectively.

Part of this role is project based supporting the business by managing limited scope projects from requirements gathering to business acceptance.

Skills & Exeprience needed:

• Good understanding of SQL 2005, 2008r2 desirable.
• Good understanding Moss 2007 -2010
• ITIL V3 Foundation desirable
• At least 2 years experience working within a similar environment.
• Demonstrate Application Support within CRM, and ERP systems
• Experience of working within a project team.
